TERMS OF SALE

SHIPPING

Q: When will my package be shipped out?

A: Shipment dates are listed on the website's home page. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email by that date, please contact us with your name and order #.

Q: I pre-ordered an item. When will it arrive?

A: Preorders take between 3-6 weeks of production. Once production finishes, your order will be shipped out immediately. Updates will be posted on Instagram if there are any unexpected delays or issues. If your order contained any in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the preorder is ready. There will be no split shipping. You may place two separate orders if in-stock items are needed asap.

♡ U.S. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once your order is shipped, it should take anywhere between 5-7 business days for arrival.

♡ International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Standard international orders do not come with tracking unless it is purchased and added to the order. Once your order is shipped, it should take anywhere between 7-21 business days for arrival. 

MISSING PACKAGES

Before completing checkout, please review that your shipping address is correct. You can also review your shipping address in your order confirmation email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, address changes will no longer be possible. 

In the circumstance that your order is shipped to the wrong address, please email me at help@artbyirisanne.com. Replacements are provided with a fee.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS 

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded before your package is processed. Once your package is processed and shipped, we can no longer provide a refund.

Returns and replacements are provided on a case by case basis. Please email me at help@artbyirisanne.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives in a damaged condition, please email me immediately including a photo of your item as well as your order #.
